It is nearly impossible to time the exact 'bottom' of the market. Similar to the stock market, at some point you just have to jump in.
If you are able and willing to buy an investment property and hang on to it, you can't lose.
Focus on location, location, location. Buying property as an investment in a good town will almost always be a prudent long-term win.
